Here’s what I’m doing with The Rebuild & Rise™ Experience over the next 6 weeks:
The outcome is simple: to help you rebuild your identity after unexpected change so you can move into your next chapter with clarity, confidence, and momentum.
I’m going to hand-select a small group of midlife women navigating divorce, widowhood, retirement, empty nest, health changes, or other major life disruptions, and guide them through a structured reinvention journey.
We’ll do it through the perfect mix of:

The model is simple:
Phase 1: Radical Acceptance (Weeks 1-2)
We begin by helping you stop fighting reality and start rebuilding from truth.
Using The Truth Mirror™, The Control Filter™, and The Values Compass™, we’ll help you:
- face what has happened
- separate what you can control from what you can’t
- reconnect with what matters most now
This phase helps you move out of emotional fog and into grounded clarity.
This is where survival mode begins to lose its grip.

Phase 2: Clear Direction (Weeks 3-4)
Once the emotional ground is stable, we begin rebuilding identity.
Through tools like The Passion Scanner™, Identity Architect™, and Vision Architect™, you’ll rediscover what energizes you, define who you are becoming, and create a clear vision for the life ahead.
Instead of asking, “Why did this happen?”
You’ll begin asking:
“Who am I becoming because of this?”
This is the turning point.

Phase 3: New Path (Weeks 5-6)
Now we turn clarity into momentum.
Using The Tiny Steps System™, Momentum Tracker™, and Obstacle Navigator™, we’ll help you create small, executable actions that rebuild confidence through movement.
